Anyone here reported experiencing auras or optical migraines on a
medical?

Yes, and my advice is do not report it. Mine stopped in about 1998. I
had sought treatment once in 1992, and a repeat pescription in 1994. The
Doctor retired in 1997. The FAA wanted me to provide a report from the
treating doctor, a copy of the records, and prognosis. The records, if
they did exist are in Australia, and they had ceased to exist. I ended
up having to see another AME. This guy was in my flying club. He wrote
to the FAA explaining the situation and then I got my medical
certificate 3 months later. I told the local Designated Pilot Examiner
about this, and he cheerfully told me that his club provides a bit of
advice to his students, not to be too honest filling out the form, when
it comes to something that you sought treatment for 10 years ago.
If you do get them regularly you may want to go the sport pilot route,
no medical. Also consider getting advice from the AOPA. But if you used
to get them many years ago like I did then do not put it on the form.
